Polymer PE903 is used for steel, timber, concrete, plasterboard and most common building substrates. This adhesive has good heat resistance but like all similar adhesives, it can be adversely affected by plasticiser migration from PVC products.

DESCRIPTION

Polymer 265 is a co-polymer acrylic emulsion with excellent plasticiser resistance and non-staining properties. It is protected against bio-degradation, withstands normal wet cleaning practices and is suitable for use over underfloor heating installations.

FOR BONDING

Plasticised vinyl floor and wall coverings and PVC backed carpets Polymer 265 is suitable for bonding most commercial and domestic vinyl sheeting products. It will bond to both homogenous and foamed backed type vinyls.

Sound, smooth dry subfloors of concrete; conventional sand/cement screeds or underlayment; plywood; hardboard or cement sheet underlays. Other surfaces, such as Asphalt, granolithic, terrazzo, quarry tiles and concrete surfaces treated with waterproof membranes or some curing agents should be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of a proprietary cementitious underlayment according to manufacturers recommendations.

Hi-Tac Wall & Sheet Vinyl Adhesive

*Solvent Free, very low odour, very low VOC emission formulation; the adhesive is a synthetic acrylic polymer blend specifically formulated to achieve high initial tack
and high bond strength when final cure has taken place. It is specifically formulated for bonding wall and sheet vinyls as well as backed and unbacked wall fabrics.
The cured film is easily reactivated to help roll out bubbles when warmed.
Note: This product is not recommended for installing vinyl plank flooring. Use GS200 Premium Multipurpose Vinyl Adhesive.
